Always Wear Your PFD
Life jackets are required at all times on the water. We provide one with every rental — wear it fastened, every time.
Beat the Sun
Water reflects UV rays. Reapply SPF 30+ every 90 min, wear sunglasses, and consider a hat or UV shirt.
Respect the Weather
If skies darken or wind picks up, head to shore immediately. Never paddle in lightning. Check the forecast before you launch.
Capsize? Stay Calm
Stay with your vessel — it floats. Signal for help, kick toward shore. Never swim away from your craft.
